Information about poster and poster-preview presentations

1.
We prepare poster boards of a standard size, which is large enough for A0 size paper.
You should put your poster to the board on the first day.
2.
In OSS2021, we will be having a "poster preview" session in the second day (December 14). In this session, all poster presenters give 1-min talk using 1-page slide.
3.
Guidance of poster-preview slide preparation:
(a) Prepare your 1-page slide with the 4:3 aspect ratio. Don't use any animations.
(b) Save the slide as a PDF file with a file name as "Preview_XXXXXX_YYYYYY.pdf",
where XXXXXX and YYYYYY should be replaced with your first and family names, respectively.
Example: Preview_Shingo_Yonezawa.pdf
(c) Then send the file to ossscphys.kyoto-u.ac.jp
4.
We set the deadline of the preview slide submission as *November 30 (Tue).*
